BARREL AGED WEE HEAVY

This limited release county series had its beginnings as a Scottish style wee heavy with healthy notes of caramel and molasses. This base brew was then aged in a Kentucky bourbon barrel, gladly welcoming later additions of cinnamon and vanilla. Now residing within this bottle, it is reminiscent of fluffy cinnamon rolls and oatmeal raisin cookies with a pinch of charred oak and brown sugar.
