Our Christmas Ale is a big and bold Winter Warmer with a dark, sweet, and complex malt character complimented by an array of spices with orange peel, nutmeg, and cinnamon coming to the forefront.

HOPS: Magnum
MALT: 2-Row, Munich, Caramel, Special B, Abbey, Roasted Barley
YEAST: West Sixth House Ale
ABV: 9%

Tasting Notes
The grain bill is the start with biscuit, caramel, toasty molasses and dark fruits shining. Noble hops and these spices make it extra flavorful: Candi sugar, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves, orange peel.
