HAZY IPA WITH APRICOTS

Hazy IPA brewed with hundreds of pounds of apricot puree. Fruity hops and apricot create a unique profile that is stone fruit forward. Apricot puree lends a mild tartness in the finish.

HOPS: Citra, Simcoe
MALT: 2-Row, Wheat, Flaked Oats, Flaked Wheat, Caramel Malt
YEAST: Vermont Ale
ABV: 7.7%
OTHER: Fermented with apricot puree. Brewed with lactose

Tasting Notes
A bready , wheaty malt backbone underneath intense hop character of stone fruit, tropical fruit, citrus and a very mild bitterness.
