JESSAMINE COUNTY

BELGIAN ALE BREWED WITH HIBISCUS FLOWERS AGED IN SYRAH BARRELS

Aged for over a year in Syrah red wine barrels with Lactobacillus brevis. The result is a light, effervescent, and mildly tart ale — taking on a pinkish hue and wine-like characteristics. We’ve coined this bottle Jessamine County — the first county where wine was made in Kentucky. In the valley of the Kentucky River.
