LOW BEAM NEW ENGLAND IPA

Our take on the beer style originating in Vermont. We use wheat and oats to create a hazy beer with low bitterness but high hop flavor. Hop profile reads of tropical and stone fruits to create a juicy and flavorful IPA.

HOPS: Galaxy, Mosaic, Citra
MALT: 2-Row, Melanoidin, Caramel, Victory, Flaked Rye
YEAST: Vermont Ale
ABV: 6.5%
OTHER: Double dry-hopped. Lactose milk sugar added.

Tasting Notes
The grain bill comes through with wheat and bread notes. The hops are spicey and present tropical and stone fruit.
