Oud Bruin meets gingerbread cookies. This sour Christmas treat is layered with aromatics of earthy Brettanomyces alongside ginger, cinnamon, & Nutmeg. All held together by what’s left of the complex malt profile of our Christmas Ale after aging with souring cultures for a year in charred oak barrels. Share this with your favorite Scrooge or jolly elf! Inspired by the Cumberland Gap, the indigenous sourwood tree that resides in this area, and holiday ‘bells”! Cheers!
