Day 3 - Cantina!

This year we launched our food truck -- the West Sixth Cantina! In celebration of Cantina's birth year, we gave ya a little something spicy & a Cantina sticker. This hot sauce is extra special -- our production team put in a lot of hard work to see whose hot sauce would be in the box. Our winner? Stevie! Stevie developed a recipe, and then worked with our friends at FoodChain and Peril Hot Sauce to refine & create a big ol’ advent batch of what we're calling "Hot Static Ch. 1." The sauce has a low to medium heat level, and was made with Pennyrile Pale Ale, citra & mosaic dry-hopped vinegar, jalapeno, onion, garlic, serrano & carrot! We think it's preeeettttyyy tasty -- try it at home, or throw it in your bag & bring it out to the Cantina to try on a taco!
